Strategic Advisor to a real estate fund focussing on South East Europe. Mandated to provide advice related to the assessment of the development potential of existing projects, potential JV tie ups and the positioning of projects for divestment.

Consultant to a new fund manager who is raising a residential fund.  Mandated to give advice and input to investor presentations and documentation prepared by the fund manager and to support the fund manager in securing investment from institutional investors.
